Born and raised in Los Angeles, specifically the northeast side of L.A., I was influenced by many graffiti artists growing up, such as Chaz Borjoquez, Revok, Chaka, Tempt, and many more. I experimented with lettering throughout middle school and high school earning the nickname "Sketch" because that’s all I ever did during class. While some classmates had stacks of science, math, and history books, I was holding stacks of sketchbooks filled with art from various artists who wanted me add something to their books.

 

After high school, I entered the world of tattooing. After numerous attempts to learn from respected tattoo shops without success, I turned to practice on my own terms. It took a long time to perfect my craft, and I still feel like I'm learning to this day. I started tattooing in 2005 and now have about 20 years of experience under my belt. Thanks to tattooing, I have been able to travel all over the States, including Puerto Rico, New York, Michigan, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Texas, and the list goes on. My journey is far from over.

 

I’ve ventured into different outlets, such as doing murals, graphic design, and the art of silk screening on garments. My heart yearns to be surrounded by art. Establishing a shop in Downtown Los Angeles, Hidden Temple Tattoo Studio. Specializing in black and gray, fine line style tattoos. However, my work is not limited to just that; color, sacred geometry, and lettering styles are also areas in which I strive to excel.
